Details

When a user specifies a single commit SHA on the CLI, moz-phab will still attempt to find a range of commits, using the specified SHA as the start revision with the current revision as the implied "end revision" default. This can be confusing if the user is intending to submit only a single commit and are trying to say which commit they want on the CLI. We should add a hint about using -s to specify just a single commit when only one argument is passed.
