Need to add some more facilities for cache management rather than just the
folder size and the ability to empty the folder. For example it would be good to
be able to say, as with IE, whether the browser should check the server for new
versions of the page:
- Never
- Once a session
- Every time

This is a dupe of something, I'm sure. More comprehensive preferences are
planned; they're just not in yet.

For the time being, copy this into the location/url bar and have fun setting
things based on the old Mozilla preferences...
