1887502 - The default height of the crash reporter window has changed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to about:crashparent

Actual results:
The default height of the window is too small, resulting in the comment prompt being very small.

Expected results:
The default height of the window can accommodate at least five lines of text in the comment prompt.

A workaround for this problem is to resize the window, which the old crash reporter does not permit. Is this also a regression that should be filed, or an intentional change?

This is somewhat intentional (or at least I think it's a very low priority to match the prior size). The chosen size will appear fine on resolutions as low as 600x400. If we feel we want it to be the same as it used to be it's easy to change.
