The garbled part varies between reproduces. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to the above URL. 2. Make sure the window is wide enough to display the whole title past "Phoenix" Actual Results: The title ended in "...and Coworkers! - Phoe" and then a string of garbled characters. Expected Results: The title should end in "...and Coworkers! - Phoenix".
