Moz Mail IMAP client 1.2.1 against imail 7.13 IMAP server.  SHIFT + DELETE a
message in INBOX to bypass TRASH doesn't delete message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. SHIFT + DELETE a message in INBOX
2. Move to another folder
3. Move back to INBOX
4. Deleted message reappears in INBOX



Expected Results:  
Permanently deleted message.
