Using 2003-01-10 commercial trunk

I thought we'd corrected this awhile ago, but the default size of the filter
dialog (I'm using an existing profile, too) is such that it clips buttons
drastically.

If this is still an issue, it must be theme-specific; the attached image shows
that the default, Classic-theme Message Filters window is not clipped, for
1.4b.

Setting OS to "all" because the dupe was for Linux.

Also, I forgot to note in my attachment: I run with "Large fonts" under Windows 
(120 dpi) which, depending on the toolkit and the programmer, can cause problems 
like this.

This was fixed with the checkin for bug 235472.

Please reopen if you still find a case where this dialog is clipped.
