User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:124.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/124.0
Steps to reproduce:
Current behavior:
- Navigate to https://www.canalplus.com
- Play a live tv content
- Open PiP mode
- Hover the mouse on the PiP mode.
Actual results:
The timestamp display on the left of the seek-bar is inacurrate and is not giving the current time. The seek-bar is seekable in the future while it shouldn't be possible, with the + 5sec seek button, the seek-bar and the keyboard.
Expected results:
On live content, the seek-bar, the timestamp and the +/- 5sec seek buttons should be removed. The user should also not be able to seek in the past/future with the keyboard.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Picture-in-Picture' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
Thanks for reporting this issue. Aside from creating an entry for Canal+ in our overrides and disabling live seeking (example), a site-specific wrapper should also be added and override isLive
(example).
Changing bug type to defect since this is unintended behaviour.
Closing this as a DUPE of Bug 1888691, since that bug already has a patch which fixes the timestamp issue specified here.
