I have the my toolbars set up with the menu items on the left, the buttons in
the middle and the address bar on the right. In this configuration, the address
bar drop-down box displays at a negative horizontal location, ie: off the left
of screen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Leave menu items where they are.
2. Put buttons (ie: back, forward) directly after them.
3. Put address bar after the buttons.
4. All items are on the same toolbar.

Actual Results:
Drop down box displays incorrectly. This can be prevented by putting one button
after the address bar, so that the button is on far right of screen instead.

Expected Results:
Displayed on the screen underneath address bar.
