Details
Subject says it all: since I use Linux, I spend a lot of time trying to dig out the urls of plugin media so that I can download it by hand and then invoke a helper app on it, since there are more helper apps than there are plugins, and web sites generally don't provide both links. The "Media" tab of the Page Info dialog is handy, but there is no way to select text in it, so I can't copy and paste the URLs. (I can drag them to another Mozilla window, but that starts the download immediately, which isn't always what I want.)

the media tab already has Save As... (bug 69295 is already fixed AFAICT). it's not quite the same as copy/paste but it would do what you want (download).

WFM, Mozilla 2002121215 (Win32, but this is all XP code so it really doesn't/shoudn't matter) What version of mozilla are you using? I can both select text to copy, and select a row from the list and hit ctl-c to copy the url.
