I think BMO rolled out an updated UI for viewing attached files on bugs, but unfortunately it broke Ctrl+click (which used to reliably open in new tab, but no longer does).
STR:
- Visit https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1888297
- In the "Attachments" section, Ctrl+Click any of the listed attachment titles.
EXPECTED RESULTS:
Attachment should open in new tab.
ACTUAL RESULTS:
No new tab opens; the attachment opens in the same tab (using some sort of in-content dialog).
NOTES:
- I do get expected results if I do "Right-click | Open in New Tab", or if I middle-click the attachment. But Ctrl+Click gives me actual results and seems to be treated just like a regular click right now.
- It's fine to be signed-in or not-signed-in when performing the STR; the behavior still reproduces either way.

BMO-specific bug should be filed in the bugzilla.mozilla.org product.

[Whoops, that's what I meant to do; sorry/thanks!]
Browser info:
I'm testing using Firefox Nightly 126.0a1 (2024-03-28) (64-bit) on Linux (Ubuntu 22.04)
I get the same results from Chrome 125.0.6368.2 (Official Build) dev (64-bit) on the same machine, so this isn't browser-specific.

fwiw, If you right click the details link and choose open in a new tab, it loads the attachment details in a new tab as expected. But it using the old attachment details page. How possible would it be to have the old attachment.cgi use the same updated UI as the inline details page? Could anything be shared?
