Using either the Go>Home menu or the Command+Shift+H keyboard shortcut, if no
window is currently open, a new blank window is created, but it does not visit
the home page or render it in the new window.

Note that my preferences are set to not show the home page in new windows nor
new tabs.

The same problem does not happen with Go>Search Page or its keyboard shortcut
(command+shift+F).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Chimera.
2. Close all windows.
3. Use either Go>Home or Command+Shift+H to open the home page.

Actual Results:  
A new, empty window was created. The home page was not visited.

Expected Results:  
A new window should have been created containing the home page.

Not a crashing issue. Possibly related to Mozilla bug

Using either the menu or keyboard shortcut twice has the correct result.
