Details

Pick any long doc off of lxr and send it to the printer with Landscape, Duplex
printing on long side, 2 pages per page Landscape. Look at the line numbers
between the end of one page and the beginning of the next after the page break.
A lot of lines are missing between pages (13 per page on my printout.) I have
the physical printout if you need it.

Fixed when I put in the changes to use the page size from the printer for
layout.
