- Launch Firefox
- Restart Firefox
- Resize the window to small-sized.
Expected result
The modal dialog/prompt for default browser can be scrolled(using mouse wheel or down/up arrow keys) to reach "Make primary browser" and "Not now" buttons(should be visible).

The modal dialog/prompt for default browser cannot be scrolled(using mouse wheel or down/up arrow keys) to reach "Make primary browser" and "Not now" buttons(are not visible). Please see the attachment.

I kind of wonder if the solution here is to enforce a more substantial minimum window size. We already did a bunch of work to make this kind of dialog behave better in bug 1699430. The dialog here is bigger than the one in bug 1699430. Ultimately there aren't amazing ways we can fix that without either changing designs or increasing the minimum window size. We'd need to chat to UX about this if we wanted to do something.
