Alright.
Clovis:
You will be getting two invites per org. First from people.m.o invites to the group ghe_mozilla-services_users and ghe_mozilla-sre-deploy - please accept this before proceeding.
Next, from GitHub to whatever email address you have associated with your GitHub account. The invites to the Mozilla-services and mozilla-sre-deploy org(s) - once you accept these and sign into GitHub you'll be a member of the org(s), and the requested teams.
If you can't find that GitHub invite, go to the following link and next to the desired organization name, there should be an option to accept an invite. https://github.com/settings/organizations
Note that invites expire after a week, and so if you need things re-sent please update this bug.
Once you’re signed into the org, there may be some changes you need to make if you use PAT/SSH/gh cli/other-tools - directions for that live here: https://wiki.mozilla.org/GitHub/GHE_SAML_User_FAQ#Alright.2C_I.27ve_SAML.27d_what_now.3F

@cknowles,
I have accepted all invites except that for "mozilla-sre-deploy" Org which i am missing a group required for SAML authentication. I have opened a bug (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1896476) for this access.

Mentioned in that bug, but this bug has a different audience. You are in the people.m.o group for the mozilla-sre-deploy org, all that remains is to accept the invite for the github org. The invite was sent on May 9th, and github claims it hasn't expired yet.
OR, if you go to your list of github organizations here - https://github.com/settings/organizations you should see an entry for mozilla-sre-deploy that allows you to accept the invitation.
