User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021212
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021212
I exported my bookmarks from Moz1.2 into a bookmark.html file. This one looks
fine so far. When I try to import this file into Moz1.3a absolutely nothing (!)
happens. Tested quite a while, but found no logic solution how to handle this issue.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Export Bookmarks in Moz1.2 into bookmark.htm
2. Try to import this file into Moz1.3alpha
3. Try to find the imported favorites - nothing there :(
I assume you tried to move the bookmarks.html file to your profile directory of
the new Moz installation?
- did you try moving the bookmarks.html file when Moz was still running (for
instance in the system tray or any other process visible in the task manager)
- are you sure the new Moz installation isn't using a different profile folder
for your installation?

I'm running both clients on different machines. I tried to import the bookmark
file from 1.2 on the one machine to 1.3a on the other (first is WinXP Home,
second Win2K Pro). I copied the bookmark and tried to get it from the network
neighborhood. Nothing of both works.
I exclude the case that Mozilla is looking in wrong Profiles paths.

Reporter, can you still reproduce this issue in 1.4b?
