The "Buy Now" link on www.ipowerweb.com (which links to the URL:
https://secure.ipowerweb.com/cgi-bin/hosting/signup.cgi) displays an error box
"Error establishing an encrypted connection to secure.ipowerweb.com. Error Code:
-8173" and then simply sits me back at the page.  I check with IE to see if the
server was down, and it functioned just finr from the same connection.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to www.ipowerweb.com
2.click the "Buy Now" link (on the right side)
3.

Actual Results:  
Error box: Error establishing an encrypted connection to secure.ipowerweb.com.
Error Code: -8173

Expected Results:  
Connected to the secure server and displayed the next page, which asks you to
enter a domain name.
