Use the patch from bug 97622 that enables profile switching.
Configure mail to not use any SSL.
Send an encrypted mail message.
After that shutting down NSS fails, most likely because of a leak.

This problem is not seen without the patch from bug 186586, which made NSS less
tolerant. We need to fix this to support profile switching.
