Steps to reproduce:
Pressed Ctrl+P.
Actual results:
The system's print dialog opened up.
Expected results:
A Print Preview page should have opened up.
Much like Bug 868586, Print Preview should be opened instead of the system's print dialogue when using Ctrl+P.
