The current JSDoc support document doesn't say anything about the ESLint rules relating to JSDoc and enabling those on relevant components.

I'd like to add a section there so that we have it all mentioned in one place and can encourage teams that want to use the JSDoc document integration to have the ESLint rules enabled as well.
