Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:124.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/124.0
Steps to reproduce:
Open two windows, one with two YouTube video and one with a new tab.
Drag one YouTube tab to the other windows and press space bar to start playing the video.
Actual results:
The focus remains on the previous window and the wrong video start playing.
Expected results:
I would expect the focus to switch window, and pressing the space bar should start playing the video in the tab I just dragged.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Tabbed Browser' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

At least on Mac, the focus behavior is consistent with the active tab behavior. Unclear what the intended active tab behavior is.
I'm not sure I understand what you mean by active tab behavior. Were you not able to reproduce, or do you consider this intended behavior?

STR
- Start Firefox and make sure it is not maximized and let's say Win_A.
- Open New window(Ctrl+N) and let's say Win_B.
- Open two tabs in Win_B, let's say Tab_1 and Tab_2.
- Drag and hold Tab_1 and drag it over the tabstrip in Win_A.
AR:
Win_A is still inactive.
ER:
Win_A should rise to the topmost window while Tab_1 is on the tabstrip of the window.
So that the tab drop position should be clearly visible.
Chrome and Edge does.
Yes so it's not fixed?
Also: If you have two screen, you can maximized one window on each screen.
So I installed the latest version 125.0.2 and this is not fixed.
I will recreate a new bug report if you don't reopen this one or says it work as intended.
