Steps to reproduce:

I went to a website and clicked on a link inside the website. For example: ESPN.com

Actual results:

On title bar I see the URL on the tab

Expected results:

I should see the title of the page on the site I'm visiting. Does not happen on every website.

I am able to see the correct format of the title showing after I refresh the page. On initial loads it never shows title inside the tab on top.

No problem! I'm seeing the same URL as in tabs, so this appears to be a problem that has been going on for awhile. It's more noticable now since you are seeing it directly on the tab on the strip.

I'm using a Pixel Tablet for reference.

I noticed the same issue in tabs tray items on stable as well on Pixel 8 Pro and Pixel Tablet if that helps at all.

Thank you. I will close this as duplicate in that case as that bug is the way state is updated and is tracked already in a few places.
