Issue seems partially fixed..when toolbar and addressbar is at bottom it is not showing in fullscreen mode, when it is at top, I can see on the top

Verified as fixed on the latest Nightly build (130.0a1 from 2024-07-12).
Also tested an earlier Nightly build from the 129 cycle (129.0a1) but with Navigation Toolbar enabled from Secret Settings, to confirm the fix on that version as well.
Devices used:

• Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra (Android 14).
• Samsung Galaxy Fold 5 (android 14).
• Google Pixel 7 (Android 15 Beta 3).

Marking the ticket as verified on 129 and 130.
