Steps to reproduce:
visit xcelenergy.com, click on Sign In.
Actual results:
Site redirects to https://co.my.xcelenergy.com/s/.
Blank page displays forever.
Expected results:
Display Sign In page and accept log in credentials.

Same happens if the site xcelenergy.com is opened on Chrome or Edge. Also same on Firefox build 101.0a1(2022-04-08).

Changing tracking from strict to standard resolved the problem.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue. Could you double check and see if it still occurs for you?
Considering comment 1, and the fact that this reproduces in other browsers, it seems that this was a site issue. Closing this bug as INVALID.
