1891043 - MacOS tabs are overlaying over the content page in fullscreen

STR:

1. Open Firefox in fullscreen
2. Open a tab or two to see the overlay clearly
3. Move cursor to the top of the screen to show the menubar (probably not applicable on the newer laptops, but I am on a Macbook air M1)

Expected:

1. The tabs move down and their background remains the same

Actual:

1. The tabs move down but their background overlays with the content page that was opened

Not reproducible on release, reproduced on Nightly 126. Tested on MacOS, macbook air m1

Should be fixed in latest nightly, lmk if not the case.
