As someone (leader, pm) looking at the overview of Skylight experiments, it should be easy for me to skim and understand what experiment branches do by reading simple English-language summaries, so that I don’t have to interpret constants formatted for computers (message IDs) or chase links for the English-language versions.

I'd also suggest showing the branch slug less prominently below the branch description, much like we do for the Experiment and Experiment slug.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Replace top-level branch message-id with human readable branch description in the Experiment table
  • (Possibly) Show the branch slug less prominently below the branch description.

If we wish to continue showing the top-level message ID for each branch in a less prominent way, let's spin that off to a new bug.
