The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Sync' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

We're sorry to hear you are having this problem, but thanks very much for taking the time to make this report. If you switch profiles, are you still seeing this issue? You can do this by navigating to about:profiles and creating a new profile and launching that profile in a new browser window (see here for details). Also please share the resulting sync logs.

Hi Lougenua, I was not able to change user, because the button of profiles seems broken (no menu, when you click all was blank) now runs smooth, I use timeshift to go on a image of my linux after I get update firefox and use "sudo apt update" and "sudo apt upgrade" and firefox 124 actually install with not problems.
Sorry because I cant send you a log. I removed the "old Firefox" folder.
Greetings,
Miguel

Hi Miguel,
Sorry you are having this problem, but it sounds like something was broken in your profile - Lougenia's suggestion was one way to demonstrate that, but what you did was another. So thanks for reporting but I don't think there's anything we can do here.
