Steps to reproduce:
With "Enhanced tracking protection" disabled in settings and the option: "Remove animations" enabled, in phone settings, pressing the lock, the protection option appears a little and disappears from the screen very quickly. Normally this option no longer appears when it is completely disabled, when we press the lock.
Actual results:
Enhanced tracking protection, appear and disappear graphically.
Expected results:
There should be no traces of Enhanced tracking protection.

It also happens when "Remove animations" are disabled and animations are allowed, more options appear from "Site permission" in the table, when we open we can see a duplicate of "Enhanced tracking protection" when opening.

Hey eclaudiu64, thanks for reporting this bug. I couldn't reproduce it on my phone.
Could you please share a video also showing how you set the settings that make the bug reproducible, as well as the actual result?
I'm not able to reproduce this issue. I noticed in the quick flash in the attachment video you provided the language seems to be different and thought that may be the cause, so I switched the system language to Deutsch and still not seeing the same issue.
What is your system language set to? Do you have multiple languages selected?
I wonder if that has something to do with this issue.
