Steps to reproduce:

1. Open a handful of tabs
2. Close Firefox, and reopen it a couple times, only visiting other tabs than the ones you opened in step 1
3. it might help to wait a day or do a reboot of the phone. I have not yet been able to determine an exact timlline

Actual results:

Eventually, the previews for seldom visited tabs will dissappear. (it might help to wait a day or do a reboot of the phone)

once those tabs get moved to "inactive tabs" they've also lost their favicon

Expected results:

The previews for all tabs should still be there, as well as the favicon once the tab is moved to inactive tabs.
