Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Tick the checkbox for "Confirm before closing multiple tabs" in about:preferences (browser.tabs.warnOnClose = true in about:config)
  2. Open a Private Browsing window
  3. Open some tabs
  4. Press Ctrl+Shift+W (easy to hit by accident instead of Ctrl+Shift+Tab)

Actual results:

All of the tabs in the Private Browsing window were closed, and the session was destroyed.

Observed on Linux running Firefox 115.9.1esr.

Expected results:

A warning should have prompted the user whether to close all tabs.
