The attached patch should get you setup with some basic scopes. Just beware that this project is setup on the shared "mozilla" trust domain, use the "public" pull request policy and is "level 1".
That basically means any tasks you create can be triggered by random people on the internet opening pull requests. Please reach out if you want to create tasks that are security sensitive in some way (e.g need to access secrets or cause releases to trigger) and we can tweak the settings to allow that.
