The existing browser test I'm converting to WPT in bug 1841841 times out on Android.

Hmm, I feel like we need some coordination for this. We have something like bug 1844590 for each platform, would a meta bug for android in this component work for android team triage? I fear that this component is not really part of the android triage right now. (Or perhaps the team somehow watches "Platform: Android" bugs?)
