189158 - print preview is showing only previously printed number of pages

First, I printed 4 pages out of 5 pages by putting 1 to 4 in Print dialog box.
After that I changed to another site and try to print 13 pages. When I clicked
on print preview, print view was only showing 4 pages instead of 13 pages. I
closed the preview window and tried 3 or 4 times with no avail.

I closed that window and open a new mozilla window. Then opened that link and
previewed it. It only show 4 pages. I printed out 6 pages by putting 1 to 6 in
Print dialog box. Then, I previewed it again. This time it showed six pages.

I think the varaible is not initialize for reentry.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://vertigo.hsrl.rutgers.edu/ug/shell_help.html
2. Select 'File->Print'
3. In the Print Dialog Box select Pages and put from=1 and to=4, then print
4. Select 'File->Print Preview'

Actual Results:  
Instead of showing 13 pages, it will show only 4 pages.

Expected Results:  
Show actual 13 pages

Page setup is Shrink To Fit, Portrait
