Steps to reproduce:
The Hangul tone marks (U+302E, U+302F) does not properly contribute to the font fallback; Firefox just renders the character separately, while Chrome properly combines the character with the fallback font. In this case the page font is Pretendard JP and the fallback font is Malgun Gothic, the Windows default Hangul font.
