Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021207 Phoenix/0.5
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.3a) Gecko/20021207 Phoenix/0.5
When dragging/dropping a URL from the URL entry bar to the desktop, if a
shortcut with the name already exists, a "Confirm File Replace" dialog box
appears, but it is not the active window. It is not possible to click any of
the buttons on the dialog, or move the dialog. I must use ALT-TAB to cycle
through windows to the "Confirm File Replace" dialog.
Moving the dialog causes "window trails" on the underlying Phoenix window.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag & Drop any URL to desktop
2. Do it again
3. Try to click a button on the "Confirm File Replace" dialog box
4. Use ALT-TAB to select the dialog box
5. Drag the dialog around.
Actual Results:
Can't click a button. Moving dialog box causes naughty dialog hoofey prints all
over my nice clean Phoenix window. Waaaa!
Expected Results:
Had dialog box selected

The file is automatically replaced, there is no confirmation window. This is
(was) probably a Mozilla issue anyway.
