I'm a bit mystified that a missing Fenix-only dependency is breaking GeckoView Lite builds. We specifically excluded the Fenix and Focus dependency plugin from triggering gradle-dependencies-lite cache rebuilds under the assumption that it wasn't needed, but I guess not.
