I opened preferences/advanced, and checked box enable java. I closed Mozilla, opened Explorer and it works ok. Tried Mozilla again, still the same. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.open Mozilla 2.open ebay, new seller help 3.click on any tutorial Actual Results: a message from ebay says to enable java in the browser. It is enabled. Explorer works ok. Expected Results: opened tutorial, same as Explorer did.
