dom.disable_open_during_load
on site-per-site basis since there are still some useful sites which are written
stupidly enough to be based on JavaScript popups at loading.

isn't this handled by pop-up control in Mozilla 1.3 already? -> worksforme
reporter, your build is too old to report a bug against.

Of course my build is too old to report any bug against, if the bug was reported
over two months ago, and only now someone has looked at it. I should apologize
for not getting Mozilla 1.3 two months ago.
