when replying to an e-mail or clicking an e-mail address on a webpage causes
mail to crash and stall Mozilla (CTRL+ALT+DEL) needed to close mozilla...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open mail
2. click compose
3. ..or.. click e-mail address in browser

Actual Results:  
Mozilla stalls and crashes

Expected Results:  
let me write an e-mail

Does it crash or only freeze/hang? If crash: Can you please inclide a talkback ID.
Possible dup of bug 169777

Can you try this:
-quit mozilla (and quickstart, if running)
-rename or delete the file XUL.mfl in your profile directory
-restart

Any change?

John Kinsella, is this bug still an issue for you?  Have you tried the 
suggestion in comment 1?  Have you upgraded to a more current build (1.3 or 1.4) 
of Mozilla?
