After installing the new 1.3a Mozilla Exe-package, the standard-language is
english. I downloaded the German language package from the website through the
preference window. After download I changed the language to "german" and pressed
"ok". Next I closed Mozilla and restarted but nothing happened. Mozilla is still
in english language. So I deinstalled the english language to force him to use
german but this takes also no effects. Before this I installed Mozilla 1.2.1 and
was told that there is the new version 1.3. In Mozilla 1.2.1 it worked. So I
deinstalled 1.2.1 and installed 1.3 where it doesn*t work. I hope you can test
this bug in your environement.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Mozilla 1.3
2. Open "preference-> Appearance-> Language" and "download more" german language
Version 1.3.
3. Choose Deutsch and press OK
4. Close Mozilla and restart. Nothing changes to german.
Actual Results:
Still speaks english.
Expected Results:
Change to German
