Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox.
2. Resize the window to it's minimum height.

Expected result

• The window maintains its minimum height without any UI issues.

Actual result

• The window's minimum height is not maintained, leading to the disappearance of the tab bar and the appearance of glitches.

Regression range

• Mozregression points at Bug 1865259

Additional notes

• Attached a screen recording.
• Issue not reproducible on Wayland; only affects x11.

Is that KDE or Gnome? I don't see it on Gnome. Also please test latest nightly - it may be fixed already.

It was Gnome, but I can no longer reproduce it on the latest nightly 131.0a1 (20240818204048). I'll close this as a verified fix for now, and will reopen it if needed.
