Steps to reproduce:

Open any URL that produces the "secure connection failed" screen.

Actual results:

The message titled "Secure connection failed" doesn't give any indication of what might be the actual cause of the problem.

Expected results:

The message should contain an actionable reason explaining as to why the connection failed.

The reason does not necessarily have to be long or exhaustive - an error code (which can be looked up in the docs for example) may be enough to present in the message in order to keep it relatively clean and not confusing to regular users.

An advanced report that requires some effort to get can then be accessible to power users so they have something actionable to report to the website owners as suggested by the message.
