So, there are MANY orgs - I just want to make sure you're heading to the right one - is there an internal team or project you're working with for this repo?

Right, I looked through the list but none are much more appropriate. I'm going to move https://github.com/afranchuk/pe-unwind-info into the org. It is a rust crate which we use (transitively through other crates) in m-c, but is generally useful to other rust developers.

So, almost always we have people asking to join an org as they're coming in to work on an existing project, so "I'm a loner" is a weird side case.

The request reads as good - and if it's determined that another org actually fits better, we can always transfer again.

Once you're in the org - you can create github teams, and add members of the org to the team - and the team to any repo you admin. We recommend team usage as it makes things easier to work with all around.

You will be getting two invites. First from people.m.o invites to the group ghe_mozilla_users - please accept this before proceeding.
Next, from GitHub to whatever email address you have associated with your GitHub account. The invites to the mozilla org(s) - once you accept these and sign into GitHub you'll be a member of the org(s).

If you can't find that GitHub invite, go to the following link and next to the desired organization name, there should be an option to accept an invite. https://github.com/settings/organizations

Note that invites expire after a week, and so if you need things re-sent please update this bug.
