Steps to reproduce:
- In Firefox for Android, enable the dynamic toolbar and put it at the top.
- Go to a simple page like https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/
- Scroll down.
- Tap on a link.
Expected results:
The current page should stay where it is and the new page should start loading.
Actual results:
The current page is moved down.
Loading the new page makes the toolbar appear, and the toolbar moves the page when it comes onscreen. The toolbar should appear without moving the page. Fixing bug 1893287 would probably fix this bug as well.

This is (probably) specific to Fenix. I don't see this kind of behavior on GeckoView example (the toolbar position is at the bottom on GeckoView example, though)
