Was this something that regressed during the monorepo migration? Do we know if anything related to building Miniconda is still intermittently failing?

hello - i'm not aware of any intermittent issues around building Miniconda.
I know that if you build locally on apple m3 you need to use rosetta for miniconda, but i don't think that's related to this.
this looks like it could just be dodgy network maybe? with the "Connection reset" thing...
