Steps to reproduce:

please add bookmarks separators in the list of bookmarks.
I have added a seaparator on desktop but after syncing bookmarks on fenix it's not visible.

Actual results:

separator not visible

Expected results:

saparator should be synced to fenix and visible in the bookmarks list.

We do sync separators but for some reason Fenix appears to choose to ignore them and also reorder the items in each folder (eg, sub-folders are always at the top of the list instead of being where the user intends them to be). iOS does the right thing here. Hopefully someone from the Fenix team can comment about why they do this.
