User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:125.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/125.0

Steps to reproduce:

I'm using maildir for years now. For me it worked well. Profile is located on a NAS.
I used rules to move new emails into certain folders.
This worked pritty god also.
But then, one of the regular updates causes problems. Unfortunately I don't know the version it occurs first.

Actual results:

Rules does not work anymore. They work half or absolutely not.
Even trying to move emails manually form standard inbox folder to an other folder gets stuck. Only a few emails are moved to new folder, the nothing alse happens.
My workaround is: using repair function for *.msf for both, inbox and destination folder, and try to move manually again.
Sometimes (not always) there is a message by trying the repair funktion, that the folder could not worked on, because it is blocked by another task(?).
After repairing, the repaired folder shows less email entries than before repairing (so my asumption is a defect index(?) file).

Expected results:

Rules for moving new emails from inbox to custom folder should work.
Manual moving should work (for dozens of emails of corse), too.
Problem sems to be a not always up to date index(?), because repairing (sometime more than one try is necessary) of the same works.
Manually repairing might be a workaround. But for sure that is not helpful for rules which shall work automatically.

Additional information:
Maybe the cause is the size of the profile or of the single email account.
My profile is home for seven accounts. Has approx 30.000 files, size approx 5GB.
The account with most problems is my main email, so it is approx 4GB and 19.000 files.
A try to use a new/empty destination folder ( parallel to the old destination, inside the same account) was no solution.

New accounts with only a few emails, at least the manual move works good.
Many thanks for having a look on the bug

May be an other important information:
Opening/reading/closing one or more of the new emails out of the inbox (before trying to move them all manually), fails with almolst 100%.
After repairing the inbox folder, the email which has been moved to destination disapears in the inbox, then all the others can be moved also.
