1894043 - [fenix] When disconnecting my bluetooth while playing a video on Youtube or Twitter, video playback is broken until I restart Firefox

STR:

1. Connect a bluetooth speaker to your Android. I use the Sony WH-1000XM5.
2. Open and play a video in Fenix such as https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=zRdhoYqCAQg
3. Shutdown the bluetooth speaker.
4. The video stops playing.
5. Try to start it again => I get the spinner forever.

Then I tried to reload the page => same thing.
Then I tried to load some basic mp4 such as https://paul.cx/public/Paul%20Adenot%20-%20Web%20Codecs%20memory%20considerations.mp4
=> same thing.

Only completely restarting Firefox made the video work again.

I get this also on Twitter.

I tried to profile but strangely the bug doesn't happen when I profile with the Firefox profiler.
I attached a logcat log with the right MOZ_LOG data from about:profiling.

Fixed by https://github.com/mozilla/cubeb/commit/19fcbefe1a9c5e22f8111af251df27b41658bc77, soon to be in Firefox.
