I only see the "toolbar" part of the page. Everything after that is not displayed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the URL
Actual Results:  
Poorly displayed page. (everything after the "toolbar" (see the source) is missing)

Expected Results:  
Properly displayed page. (all of it should be there)

There are no JavaScript errors, warnings or massages in my Phoenix JavaScript
console

On my Win98 build 2003011604, I get a big blank area under the toolbar, but I
can see the rest of the page if I scroll down far enough.  Reporter, do you get
the same thing, or is the rest of the page really gone?

Reporter, page content not missing, it is simply bellow -- scroll down and you
find it. It is Tech Evangelism case (simply bad formating here).

Well, height=100% mean this table should take viewport height (this is upper
level table, it's parent is body). And this table made a full screen of empty
space.
