Description

The necko data channel needs to use the file transport to pump the data from
the data stream to the consumer. Currently,
OnDataAvailable is called during the AsyncRead operation which can cause
reentrancy problems with CSS, etc.

Furthermore, it needs to obtain a progress event sink and call it as it
transfers the data (the original reason I started filing this
bug). This should happen naturally if you use the file transport.

[RFE] is deprecated in favor of severity: enhancement. They have the same meaning.
