the onmouseovers on the text below work, while the one on the images (which are
image maps) do not.

possibly related to/regressions of bug 103055, bug 186132 ?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to http://findus.dhs.org/industrivar.html
2. move mouse over hrefs in the two images
3. move mouse over the two bullets

Actual Results:  
at step 2, the images in the slight rectangular outlines did not change,
at step 2 they did

Expected Results:  
the images should change in both cases

But this problem seem to be narrower than that one, though, right? I mean, this
certain problem was fixed around 1.2.1, but as I see it, that bug was never
marked  fixed...?
